This is another option to the feature post with the feature footer. In this case; instead of having a post you will have a feature post. Feature posts have a pumpkin colored finish and a star. They rise to the top of the job board and are seen more easily. As more people join the job board, posts will fall to the bottom according to date or only be searchable. So, this is also a good option.
